Great from start to finish. Reasonable but didn't cut any corners. On time, courteous, fast and did a great job of clean-up. We contracted for a new roof, ended up ordering new gutters as well, and they still kept a tight schedule and had very competitive pricing. Brandon came in and gave us the estimate, checked with us several times during the process, and followed up with us after project was completed. Great job, guys. Thanks.
Emerald Valley Construction and Consulting (not to be confused with Emerald Valley Construction) built us a beautiful deck! They are timely, professional, quality builders who clean up their worksite daily. They were kind and respectful and responded well to every question and suggestion we had. Made a comment on an observation of a patio cover being to low over the roof and mounted on roof Commented that this would cause future problems for home owner. When home owner had to reroof home and had to keep debre clear from in front of beam. Person privately messaged me and was very naughty that I pointed this out. Said he been doing this for a life time. Just because one has a long time history of building doesn't make one an expert.
