So happy I found this place! I have had chronic pain in my ankle and shoulder for the past 3 years and Paula has helped me make significant improvements over my visits with her. She is super good at focusing in on specific areas, and overall helping me feel relaxed and comfortable. I have been super impressed with her knowledge and expertise

This is the BEST place in OC for getting an intentional massage with therapists who know what they’re doing. I love that it’s small family owned, and the therapists are on the website, nobody feels rushed in there and no one is pushing or pressuring anything on you. I will be going on a weekly basis
