We purchased an $18,000 hot tub with a highly-touted "set it and forget it" salt sytem, in Nov 2024. The tub had a hose leak, right away, that a repairman had to order part for an performed an hours-long repair job, right off the bat. The salt system was problematic from the get-go, and same repairman made several trips to try many things, including: replacement of "brains" of the unit, filler hose filters, chemicals, etc, to no avail. Love my spa, I have had it for 2 1/2 years now and it has really been a great investment as my knees and back hurt so much after a long day of working.
