Please do a thorough welfare check on any loved one you Have at emerald springs . My sweet grandmother was left bedridden with a broken hip from a fall for 3 weeks with zero medical attention until we demanded xrays . She was left starving and dehydrated and we were told to come for a compassionate visit to say our goodbyes . When we arrived from Las Vegas , she was completely emaciated and on the verge of death ! Heck no I don’t recommend Emerald Springs. I was told not to bother getting an X-ray because they wouldn’t do anything to fix it even if it was broken due to her age and declining health due to Alzheimer’s and dementia. She’s 74 in good health and mobility prior to this fall. My mother has been left for nearly three weeks with a severely broken hip! This particular fall from 9/13. RecommendedI love the entire atmosphere, the professionalism of the staff, and the I really appreciate and enjoy the smiles, and sense of genuine concern whenever I am there. However, I am still diligently trying to secure a residence at Emerald Springs, and I wish that it didn't all come down to "money", and my inability to afford a residence on my current fixed retirement income. The workers. They care . Love what they do.
My Dad was here - wouldn’t recommend ANYONE put their family member here based on our experiences. Won’t go into the issues - but unless it has changed in the last few years I DO NOT recommend it
Love the staff at Emerald. They take great care of my dad.
