Front desk blonde woman is incredibly snarky and rude when you're checking in. She doesn't answer the phone. All calls go through an automated system to choose which voice-mail you would like to leave your message that will not be returned. Questions about medication? Forget about it. Nurse staff don't call back. Want to change your appointment? Nope, they'll just charge you for a missed one. Was I helped medically. Not at all. Would anyone there know this?
