I love Dr Brown and her staff. I've been looking for a Rheumatologist in Florida for years so I don't have to drive 6 hours to mine in TN and Emerald Shores has been a life saver especially when I'm in a flare. Im so glad I found her office.
This place is a disaster. I had a terrible experience here with a wrong diagnosis, Rude Np and snarky staff * I moved several years ago away from the state across the US and recently have started receiving harassing bills for five dollars. This is the most petty ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen in my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not sure about the experiences of the other reviewers, but Doc Brown and Staffers are absolutely Incredible! I travel 70 miles to see her by choice! HWY 98 can be difficult but everyone was very understanding to our 5 minute late arrival. Doc Brown has fixed some medication and treatment issues from the VA and another area provider. The team asked if I we would mind seeing her PA (Jennifer) next time. Jennifer was in this appointment and also very knowledgeable and terrific bedside manner. Loved Dr Brown she was great and extremely knowledgeable. However I learned today that she will only see you for your innital visit then you must see her PA without being warned or advised.......you are not able to see Dr Brown even if you request or wait longer. Unfortunaltely will be looking for somewhere else.
Does not answer their phones. Rude staff and does not treat fibromyalgia.
