I had tile/grout and carpet cleaning done. They do a good job on the carpet; remove stains I thought would not be possible. The tile was ok, but a couple of things could have been better. About 10% of the grout is not clean at all, where all the rest looks good. Also, they left with the tile still wet; so, I now have to wet mop the entire floor to remove the stains/residue of the chemicals they used to clean the tile.
