Worked there for almost 3 years never got a raise stayed at 10.50 , not a good company and stay messing up on checks talk to the other guards that work there even the patrol drivers will tell u !!!
I first met Mark Grant, the CEO, a few years ago, through a mutual friend in Tucson. I expressed to Mark my desire to work in the Executive Protection field. I have had a bad experience working for Emerald Security. Finding other security guards to cover shifts was totally impossible and when I asked for a day off to attend a important family event and they denied me my leave. Emerald specifically told me that as long as I gave them a 2 weeks notice it wouldn't be a problem for them to cover shifts but that was a huge lie.
