My mom has been a customer with emerald rich for over 10 years. They have been reliable affordable and an amazing service to have. Her lawn always looked impeccable. She recently passed away, and the compassion That Britney and Shelly conveyed was so appreciated. Not only are they a wonderful service, but the people that they employ are amazing. I highly Recommend them
I’ve been a customer for a few years. They came out to service my lawn for fertilizer on 7/15/24. When I looked at my bill, I noticed a charge for $50 for grub control. I never signed up for that service, so I called. The woman I spoke to rudely informed me that it was in writing on my two previous invoices, that I would be receiving grub control, and that if I did not want it, that I needed to call them and let them know.
