Super fast and professional service!! The moment we pulled in, the staff already knew we had a nail on the tire, he immediately grabbed his tools and started fixing the tire. We were on Richmond VA for a trip so every minute really mattered. The staff really helped us save time and let us be on our way swiftly!!
I went to this location this morning and the workers have bad communication skills when they give you a price you think they give you a flat price on used tires until they put the tires on your vehicle and then hit you with taxes and Disposal fee and I was trying to let the guy know he should have stayed at all this from the beginning. Then he wanted to argue with me about how every business in the does the same. I will never go to this location again.
