I am quite disappointed and a bit embarrassed... I began with Emerald nearly 2 years ago after returning to the workforce, and saw Rachel. I was admittedly uncertain after our initial appointment as she seemed to rely heavily on a book to diagnose and guide her treatment recommendations. Leadership sucks across the board. From Yoohoo down, inconsistent guidance, communication failures and blaming staff for their inadequacies. There is no leading by example, unless the intent is to lead with fear and intimidation. Do.Not.Work.Here.You.Will.Regret.It.
