The absolute worst experience!!! The A/C was not working and they gave no warning prior to paying to get on. One of the workers said it just went out this morning, however another worker said it’s been like this for a few weeks. You would think an apology, passing out of free water, or a refund would have been offered. Unfortunately, it was not. Currently on this cruise as I type. It's horrible!!!!! Air is not working at all. They "claim" its just trying to catch up. Well, it's been 4 hours and the current temp inside is 83. They have industrial fans everywhere that are making no difference. The employees on board said its been like this for awhile. This boat should not be allowed to operate like this. Very good place, very nice and clean atmosphere, certainly a place where you can enjoy some delicious tacos or carne asada.
