Neighbors stalk and harrase you. They turn their nose up at you for not being affluent. They are despicable and trust me they will hit you with as many HOA complaints as they possibly can. They are horrible. absolutley disgusting the way they treat people. i have three years of harrasement from the neighbor across the street and two houses to the right. So if you need proof ill happily give it.
