These apartments used to be $1100 almost two years ago. The keep raising the price. Now 1350. I don’t like how they lied about not talking to my landlord. I asked him and he said they did.
This place has always been amazing. I recommend it to any one of my friends who I hear are looking for a place. I've lived in more apartments than I can count on my hands and this is the best one without contest. Not only do you get a garage and washer and dryer in unit. But many of the apartments here are the Loft style which makes them both fancy feeling and also eliminates having upstairs or downstairs neighbors. The neighborhood is good. So far my experience here has been pleasant. I’m going to agree with another review here saying most of these other reviews were left in anger or frustration. The apartment: The layout is really cool. I reside in a one bedroom and I have a loft. I understand the concerns regarding flimsiness. The apartment is sturdy itself but It’s when you step on a certain spot (where the motor for the garage is) that makes it feel like if you jump you’ll fall through lol but you won’t of course. Not only are the the units out of date and flimsy when it comes to structure but the manager is absolutely horrible!!! She’s amazing until you move in and she completely switches up!! She won’t be nice or answer your questions/calls!! Your maintenance request will go unheard until you can finally get ahold of her.. and her only!! On our move out our electricity was already off and we called 5x and personally talked to the maintenance guy as well with no help about getting into our garage to grab the rest of our stuff..
