These are good spacious apartments and the staff is very helpful.
If they bothered to fix the roof maybe the place wouldn't be 70%+ humidity, and rotting from the ground up with the matching smell as well. It would be one thing if you didn't alert management, but they don't actually care for or maintain the stucture, just the Google reviews. Sorry, I made a huge mess emptying the dehumidifier which is full at 1am, or this would be 2-stars. - cabinets need replacing - holes in doors - rotten doors - no latches in doors - whatever, who cares, absolutely no one here.

I moved here about 4-5 months ago to be closer to my job and family and so far so good! Gia was really kind and patient during the application and moving in process, and this being my first solo living situation, I am so grateful for that. Because it was A LOT and I was intimidated hehehe. I lived here years ago and I see that the issues with the management have not changed. She is unprofessional and vindictive if you get on her bad side. Things like selective enforcement of the rules, increased scrutiny, frequent inspections (harassment), and being unresponsive were the norm. She was so nice and sweet before the contract was signed.
