The office staff is fantastic and the maintenance lead is incredibly knowledgeable and very quick to respond to any issues you may have. The buildings and grounds are kept up very well. I would recommend 100%.
Emerald Pointe apartments are one of the most professionally ran, friendly staffed and best communicating offices I’ve ever had the pleasure of renting with! Absolutely would reccomend highly for anyone looking to g for affordable and quality! One last shout out to then maintenance folks who absolutely blow it out of the park with productivity and friendliness, can’t express enough how great the maintenance folks are!
