This review is purely to give a major shout out to Tia. A year ago or so, I inquired with Emerald Pointe and had the BEST interaction with Tia. Though I didn’t end up securing one of the coveted one bedrooms at that time, I’ve always kept this complex in mind as a hopeful home one day. Emerald Pointe is a excellent place to live at and enjoy very much. Close to stores , Banks , and restaurants
Tia was so kind and efficient! Viewed the property, submitted an application, and got approved all in an 8 hour day! My family is looking forward to moving in to our new apartment!
We just moved into these apartments and couldn’t be happier! The place is clean, modern, and very comfortable — it truly feels like home from day one. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we need. It’s such a warm and welcoming community, and we’re really glad to be here.
