It's unfortunate that Mr. Halsey chose to rate us with only three stars. Mr. Halsey worked for Emerald Pointe for more than six years, starting as a dishwasher before being promoted to prep cook. He was very dutiful and well liked. While it was not Mr. Halsey's choice to leave employment at Emerald Pointe, he has chosen to vent his frustration on our Facebook page more than six months after leaving Emerald Pointe.

We're not sure why Ms. Shorb rated us with only one star. She has not lived at Emerald Pointe, nor could we find any current or former residents that she is/was related to. We reached out to her to learn more, but she did not respond. We would certainly welcome the opportunity to learn what may have been unsatisfactory for her. It seems very incongruent that she would rate us with one star when other reviewers have rated us so highly. EP
