I never made it over there.
The management and condo board is terrible at Emerald place. If you are buying for living in or investment. Just run. They will overcharge you for a lot none sense charges. Which I own multiple townhomes and this was the worst condo board I ever seen.
Lots of potholes in the parking lot and the lawn 😲 Several people had fallen into it including myself. Their response was to just fill it with dirt 😡
