Wish there was a zero-star rating. IMO this utility treats especially elderly low income customers badly. Staff communicates rudely even making ageist remarks, including falsely accusing the customer of having hearing “difficulties” (made to someone who has no hearing problems). Have had this miserable excuse for a public utility for over two decades. They cannot keep their billings straight. Their staff is rude beyond belief. When they formerly sent someone to read the meter they drove at a high rate of speed down our long gravel driveway spraying gravel all over and their rapid accelerations left twin channels in the gravel. Today I was the first to report an outage, finally. It's a game we play to make outages seem less maddening. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised with the response time. From the time I called, until our power was back on only about an hour at the most had gone by. Before I could even find my flash light amd get the candels out, it was back on. Nice job EPUD.
Hung up on me after trying to transfer service to another family member because it became slightly complicated after being on the phone for 2 minutes. Could legit hear the phone hanging up 😂 laughable organization
