Absurd billing costs. Our bill has increased over 30% within a year and we aren’t even running heaters yet. I called to speak with someone who transferred me to energy services where I was forced to leave a voicemail and not able to speak to a live person. Frustrating and unhelpful. I should not be paying over $200/month for a house barely over 1,000 square feet.
Wish there was a zero-star rating. IMO this utility treats especially elderly low income customers badly. Staff communicates rudely even making ageist remarks, including falsely accusing the customer of having hearing “difficulties” (made to someone who has no hearing problems). Have had this miserable excuse for a public utility for over two decades. They cannot keep their billings straight. Their staff is rude beyond belief. When they formerly sent someone to read the meter they drove at a high rate of speed down our long gravel driveway spraying gravel all over and their rapid accelerations left twin channels in the gravel.
