*Unfortunately, after the purchase, Emerald Park Homes has been impossible to deal with. From power issues and being unwilling to deal with deficiencies, voiding warranty on our flooring by not following installation directions, staining the window trim with stucco, leaky eaves, and a whole lot more, we continually get ignored or given excuses. We bought an Emerald Park show home over 10 years ago and it still shows well today. Garry and Lorena are amazing partners to work with. The attention to detail behind the walls is critically important if you want your home to stand the test of time. Highly recommend Emerald Park Homes!
