Been coming to see Ricky, the physio here for my bursitis which was extremely painful and debilitating but after three appointments, so far, my pain has lessened to where i can now walk and not feel no where as much pain. Glad I choose this option before jumping straight onto a quartazone injection at the first instance
I find myself in full agreement with the numerous one-star reviews this clinic has received—I experienced many of the same issues firsthand. I attended as a walk-in patient on a Saturday mid-morning, when two doctors were working. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that the wait time would be approximately one hour. Extremely disappointing experience at this medical center. I visited the center with an e-referral for a pathology test, only to be told that they don't accept digital copies and require a printed version. This was never communicated in advance. When I asked the lab assistant for help, she was unresponsive and unwilling to assist. I then approached the front desk, hoping the medical center’s receptionist could help with a simple printout—but she flatly refused, showing no willingness to support a patient in need.
