I have been using this practise for about 18 months since moving into the area. They provide excellent care and have experienced and knowledgeable doctors and allied health professionals. The GP services have been excellent, rivalling or surpassing the care I got at the practice I used to frequent for 20+ years, provided by experienced and well qualified doctors. Pathology service is excellent. Youngish female receptionist of Asian descent is unnecessarily rude and abrupt. You’re not more important than anyone else love. As the front face of this medical centre she really needs to think about the impression she leaves. Cause it ain’t great. This includes both phone manners and face-to-face.
I had a wonderful experience at Emerald Medical Centre. Dr. Chitra is extremely thorough, always takes the time to listen to my concerns, and explains everything clearly without making me feel rushed.
