Very disappointing experience at this medical centre. I have been waiting with my child for over 1 hour The receptionist told me multiple times that we were “next,” but other patients were taken in before us. This was extremely frustrating and stressful, especially with a child. The receptionist came across as rude and unprofessional. There was no clear communication or respect for our time. Hi Yesterday, I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with the reception staff at this medical centre. we have been visiting this GP for a long time. My kid suddenly developed severe itching all over his body. kept getting worse, especially overnight. He couldn’t sleep, and as a parent I was very worried. I have been coming to this medical centre for almost 20 years. However, the quality of this practice has really fallen since COVID. There have been multiple times when I have tried to contact them for nurse appointments, for results or to talk to administration. Most times I call I’m sent to their answering machine saying they’re closed today when they are open at the time of the call.
