I have been coming to this medical centre for almost 20 years. However, the quality of this practice has really fallen since COVID. There have been multiple times when I have tried to contact them for nurse appointments, for results or to talk to administration. Most times I call I’m sent to their answering machine saying they’re closed today when they are open at the time of the call.
