I moved to the New York area 17 months ago with significant hip issues and expectations that right hip surgery was in my future. Based on its outstanding reputation I called the Hospital for Special Services for a referral. I was given a short list of doctors and chose Dr. Emerald Lin to see. I no longer have any expectations of any imminent surgery. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a physician. She answered all of my questions and concerns (which were many) and took the time to listen and carefully explain the treatment plan.
