Took 3 phone calls just to get the service address correctly entered in their system. Have had no call/no shows. Had service done and charged during severe thunderstorm, took multiple phone calls to get charged removed. Trying to cancel services is a nightmare. They transfer you around to different people to explan the issues, and keep trying to keep your business. A week later and they are STILL calling and leaving me messages! How hard do yall have to make it to cancel?

Keeps coming by but never treating the lawn! Do not recommend unfortunately. Hopefully this issue can be corrected by management and we can get credit. Manager Malcome finally came by and treated the lawn area that was missed after we had to finally initiate a formal complaint on the website. We didn't get any credit for our troubles but glad they finally completed the job! Malcome was great.
