I've been using Emerald Lawns for almost a year now and I truly have a love/hate relationship with this company. First, whatever product they use on our lawn seems to be beneficial. We've had a pretty decent looking lawn and the weeds seem well-controlled. But that's about the only thing positive I have to say. The customer service is abysmal.
