In response to Mrs ** claims, our PO Box is located at ************************************************************. We never claimed we are stationed there. Mrs *** after the initial installation, was very happy with our product and paid in full. At the end of last year, she called our office to schedule the winterization of the sprinkler system, which was free, per her contract. No mention of the head not working.
