I’m a guest and the property manager followed me in to my boyfriends house, blocked me in then harassed me and told me he was going to call the cops on me for trespassing over visiting my boyfriend. The property manager is a big jerk who gets his rocks of on thinking he’s got some power over people in life. Really needs to not be in the position he’s in.
Quiet, lovely community. We’ve had our place for 15+ years. Grounds are well maintained. Cable included in HOA fees Highly recommended!
We have lived in Emerald Lakes for over 26 years and it has been a safe friendly place to live and raise our now adult daughter. The latest Board of Directors (volunteers) is a "can do" group that is making improvements and upgrades throughout the community.
They do not like young people or kids. They are also racist. They do whatever they can to get rid of you if you fall into these categories. It's very sad. They will harass you at your home and the pool. Be careful. It's a horrible place to live in. Look into other options.
By getting a whole new Officers of the Associations. You can never get them on the phone and will not work with you on the high fees they are charging to live here.
