Toured and met with a leading manager today. Charlie was super transparent and genuinely seemed to care about us as applicants. Not many people in the area seem like this. Charlie did a great job!
Office staff helpful. Maintenance is quick to reply. Parking spots are hard to find, we don't pay extra for a garage.
I have been living here going on two months now and I love it! I have a two bedroom and there is ample space, the neighbors are friendly, and my dog loves how close it is to the park. Further, I have had a couple of issues come up and each has been handled ASAP. Like, faster than I ever imagined possible. 10/10 place to live!
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY if you are looking to rent an apartment in this area. The Promenade and the Enclave are down the street and far superior/same price point and much newer. They have 2 maintenance guys for the entire property. Water is dirty and undrinkable and pests run RAMPANT in this “luxury” community: I have been living with a severe Yellowjacket wasp infestation for 2 months. I can barely use my unit.
