STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY if you are looking to rent an apartment in this area. The Promenade and the Enclave are down the street and far superior/same price point and much newer. They have 2 maintenance guys for the entire property. Water is dirty and undrinkable and pests run RAMPANT in this “luxury” community: I have been living with a severe Yellowjacket wasp infestation for 2 months. I can barely use my unit. Great place to live. Very convenient location and helpful staff. Only down side is there are no assigned parking spots for an individuals building. I have had to park a number of buildings away from mine several times since there weren’t any spots available at my building, not a good thing when you need to load or unload your vehicle.
We have been here for 3 years and love this place. We feel safe, neiboghood is respectful and maintenance is great. The few times we needed maintenance, they came up within 24 hours. Also love that we are close to everything, malls, gyms, grocery stores.
Worst place I’ve ever lived. Water leaks, bug and mice issues and management neglects to fix anything. They just want our money and for us to be quiet. I am moving as soon as possible.
Best apartment experience I’ve had. Shelly and other front office staff are always available during open hours and maintenance is very responsive. In my experience, the staff works hard to ensure tenants enjoy their time at Emerald Lakes. The pool is great but the gym is small. Overall 10/10 recommend.
