If it were possible to give a negative rating, I would go with a minus 3. They are great at overselling up front but once the deposit is taken and order placed, then their true colors appear. The support is negative and the quality of the workmanship is unbelievably poor. They were late and incomplete on our order and delayed our project by several months.
