Marissa is amazing!! I got a super last minute appointment for a cut and I'm so so happy with it. She made sure to give me a realistic idea of how the cut I wanted would look on my hair specifically and what kind of styling I'd need to do. I've seriously been looking at myself in any reflective surface for hours, I'm obsessed.

After going to Marissa for a first time appointment, I walked away feeling so happy with the results. Being blonde can be a tough journey and it often feels hard to get things quite right! Marissa did such a beautiful job on my hair and talked me through a plan of keeping the desired tone and look I wanted. Marissa is incredibly talented, and I highly recommend her for any of your hair needs! I never quite know what I want to do with my hair, but she always finds a way to make me feel confident in my hair. Marissa, the owner of Emerald & Ivy, is truly a gem. She is great at what she does, and is very knowledgeable about her craft. It is rare to find someone so talented at both color and cut. The fact that she does what she does using healthier safer products is an added bonus. On top of her being great at what she does, she is also a wonderful person. I truly enjoy going to her salon and look forward to our conversations. I feel lucky to have met Marissa and fortunate to be her client.
