Bloody wonderful helpful people. The MU-X developed some problems and lost power. It was in limp mode. I phoned Isuzu Emerald and was told they could not book it in for 10 days, but to bring it to them so they could have a quick look. I got there at 11 am and they had a look and told me to bring it back at 1 pm which I did. They fixed it while I waited. 3.30pm all done and I was l on the road again. The repairs were done under warranty. Great customer service. Many thanks. Jim
We were traveling and broke down. We arrived in Emerald with our vehicle on a tilt tray. After a few hiccups at the start, the team had the issue diagnosed, parts ordered and a loan car provided to allow us to get around. In the end, the team had the car was fixed a day earlier than anticipated to allow us to be back on our way.
As a travelling through tourist they met our needs with kindness and the urgency we found ourselves in.
Quick, comfortable and did the job exceptionally well. The young lass Bec I think it was did a Stirling job ☺️
Fantastic Friendly customer service our experience with Courtney was next none. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
