Not one amenity! The bed was horrible. I woke up with a backache and tried the other side and my back was worse. The couch had a lining on the bottom that was stuck to the floor. The coffee cups were disgusting and dirty. The slider barely opened. It was so drafty. The cold air just came rushing through. And then the when the heater came on at night it would wake you up. The doormats are filthy and falling apart. The cushions on the couch were so old I had difficulty standing up. I've stayed in motels better than this dump.
We had a great stay at Sea Breeze in October. The cottage had everything we needed and it was nice and clean. We saw a couple of "little pests" during our stay as is sometimes expected at the coast, but it was a wonderful experience that left us with a lot of great memories. The views were amazing. Check in and check out were super-easy, and everyone we spoke with at Emerald Isle Realty was kind and professional.
Our rental was called ‘Front Row’ our total price of rental for the week with taxes and fees was $5005.43. Upon our arrival the house looked rough. The front landscaping was overgrown and the front steps looked worn. Entry to the house we were greeted with a beautiful view to the patio and emerald green ocean. The patio looked to recently been renovated and beautiful. Patio furniture was not great to sit on with swimsuit or shorts due to splinters. We made it work with towels.
