We have used Emerald Isle Realty multiple times to book our trips. We are always impressed. This particular trip we made a mistake with our dates and Gina went above and beyond for us. We are so thankful for all the staff at this company!
This realty company really knows how to take special care of their vacation renters. We had to change from a realty down from them that would not take care of is the way they should have due to having roaches in the condo. Emerald Isle realty found a place for us and it was very clean. There were a couple of issues like internet and no hot water at first but they immediately took care of it! Hands down best vacation realtors around!!!
This is our second experience renting a home thru Emerald Isle. They respond quite quickly to rental inquiries. However…their response to repair requests is Entirely Unacceptable. FOUR messages reporting an inoperable HVAC unit. ZERO responses. I’d encourage every rental prospect to establish specific Repair Expectations prior to making the final payment. Entirel UNACCEPTABLE! A photo of the inoperable thermostat is included.
