All the staff are friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful. We left today fir home and plan to return. This is our fifth time staying with emerald isle reality, each time was great. . Next year is our 50th wedding anniversary and we plan to celebrate on emerald isle. Can't wait to return.

Not one amenity! The bed was horrible. I woke up with a backache and tried the other side and my back was worse. The couch had a lining on the bottom that was stuck to the floor. The coffee cups were disgusting and dirty. The slider barely opened. It was so drafty. The cold air just came rushing through. And then the when the heater came on at night it would wake you up. The doormats are filthy and falling apart. The cushions on the couch were so old I had difficulty standing up. I've stayed in motels better than this dump.
