Do not hire! This people were subcontracted by a contractor without our knowledge. They came to our house, dug out our practically new perimeter drain, altered it using sub-standard materials (like duct tape), then run an outflow pipe sloping upwards to the drainage ditch. When an engineer was hired by us to determine the cause of consistent flooding in our basement, he concluded that the work done by Emerald Plumbing and Heating Ltd was the cause.
