We have been using Martin and his crew at Emerald Isle for many years. They done many flooring and carpet cleanings, as well as helping us when we had a washer leak and a tub leak. Always quick, professional and friendly.
I had an easy time contacting and booking carpet cleaning and shower/grout cleaning with Emerald Isle on short notice prior to moving into my new home. Chris was friendly, professional, and efficient. The price was affordable and the service was excellent!
Martin and his team (Chris & Omar) did an amazing job with the mold and water mitigation of our primary bathroom after a major water leak! Martin’s communication was excellent, giving us daily updates. He also worked with my home insurance company and didn’t put me in the middle which I appreciated. The crew was on time, friendly, cleaned up after themselves and most importantly did a great job and we passed inspection! Thank you Emerald Isle Restoration!
Martin and his team at Emerald Isle did a fantastic job managing the restoration of our condo! We had multiple leaks in the upstairs bathrooms that caused significant water damage to bathrooms and the kitchen down below. It was a sizable job, but Emerald Isle was up to the task. I will be using them for my flooring needs from now on. I called them to clean the concrete floors at my business and they did a fantastic job. I called again to have them come to my residence. They were fast in getting back to me, showed up when they said they would, took the amount of time they said to do the job and were very professional and pleasant. Not to mention the price was great.
