0/5 DO NOT BUY FROM EMERALD HOMES. They are shady. If I could give 0 stars I would. I've had nothing but issues the moment I bought the home. I feel like I got the trailer that they let the new people build in the factory. The finishes really arent there. There are so many flaws and the vinyl on the outside is even saggy like it is not secured. I'm worried my home won't even last through hurricane season! My experience as someone that bought a home from here. There is basically no service dpt and the little help we got took months. They show up with basically a hammer and have no clue what’s going on. They refer most things damaged as “cosmetic” as a way not to fix it. Most major things they send you to the manufacturer. The manufacturer rarely answers and if for some miracle they do, they send you back to Emerald. Both point fingers at each other saying it’s not us, talk to them.
