Words of advice for anyone thinking of buying a used/repo mobile home from this company. From personal experience, please have them take off the panel to the hot water heater and inspect it(that is where I found out it was not only a repo but a storm damaged repo AFTER I bought it and it was set up, REMEMBER you are buying as is and they are fully aware of that , also check the breaker box for any hidden damage, anything that looks like it’s been out in the elements for a period of time, make sure you take off the panel to t... read more
