Great quality furniture and employees!
Our 2k table has paper thing finish and we keep getting told it is our fault it is coming off
They didn't honor their warranty stating that I didn't buy from an authorized dealer. The sectional is a couple years old and ready to be trash because of rips, failing springs, etc. garbage company - I hope they fail.
I bought a sectional and have left a few messages for their customer service department with no response. All the seams of the cushions are ripping and have since noticed they have redone the design of the sectional I had purchased. Would like to connect with someone to try to have some sort of resolution.
I purchased some Emerald Home Furniture from an upscale local supplier and shortly after it was set up I discovered that several pieces were missing. I returned to the local store and was advised that there was nothing they could do about it. I contacted Emerald Home Furniture and spoke with Michelle Hart in the service department. I have been an Emerald customer for years. The best quality for the price out there, hands down! Great selections too!! Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and on top of any situation that may arise. Our rep Chris is awesome. He is always available for my many questions and concerns. Outdoor sectional was not cheap and had mildew in cushions within just a few months...during our drought!!! We bring them in when possible, but rain come quickly in FL. Terrible, terrible product. Kane's Furniture says you make them to absorb water!? Some cushions are dry and others soak up water like a sponge. Makes no sense. No animals at house and it's under a covered screened lanai so no animals get in. Waste of money.
