Furniture fell apart in 1 year. Tyler from Emerald was all on board to help, now he wont communicate with us. JR Furniture Tigard(Frank) is nothing but rude. You have a manufacturer and seller that do not back the furniture. Don't waste your time. Cheap stuff from China and you just get the run around should there be an issue. NEVER again will we buy this brand or buy from JR Furniture.
Worst customer service and professionalism. Very Poor quality of the furniture. Them frame was not balanced. They did not obliged to the warranty terms which is on their website. I got Belham living Sofa and sectional via hayneedle. There was a Isuue with the lounge piece of the sectional. They voided the warranty on the whole order including sofa and rest of the sectional but I only received partial credit of $ 200 on lounge piece of the sectional.
Worst customer service and professionalism. Extremely poor quality Sectional and Sofa( I bought Belham Living set). Refused to obliged to warranty terms after hayneedle gave my partial credit due to inconvenience.Credit of $200 was given only for the sectional's lounge but they voided the warranty on sofa and rest of the sectional frame as well. I purchased there couch set I had the couch several years although due to a family illness I have not been home to sit on my couch, recently I have been home and something was not right feels like a broken spring can not sit on that side of the couch called Emerald followed what they instructed me to due sent photo brief description and they said out of warranty the are only warrantied for a year DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT horrible
My furniture was purchased several years ago so the warranty is expired after 3yrs, although I have not used my coach due to a family illness, I just recently start to sit on my coach. I felt something in my low back aftering examining the situation I have come to believe that the spring is broken, I called and sent photos in to Emerald and they said oh warranty on springs is only a year.
