BEWARE OF THE TERRIBLE SERVICE THIS PHARMACY PROVIDES BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THEM!! This is the second time my dermatologist has me get a particular medicine from Emerald Hills Pharmacy; this is because the med is mixed specifically for me. I am in Miami-Dade County and they’re in Hollywood but they offer free delivery. My previous purchase from them was a liquid medication that came in a bottle with a pump. I just used Emerald Hills Pharmacy for the 1st time to fill my son’s prescriptions, it’s very peaceful inside and it smells so good when you open the door. It’s a Specialty Pharmacy my son’s Dr. recommended we use that takes our Insurance and is able to order the Medications that other “Known Pharmacies” are having a hard time ordering or getting approved by Insurance. The worst. Takes 20 minutes to answer the phone. I’ve called everyday regarding my prescription that was supposed to be delivered within 2-4 business days. Today is day 4. I call and they tell me they don’t have the script and it should be in stock in a few days????
First of all, every time I call they put me on all, over 15 minutes, I had to call the front of the farmacy in order to get some help and the woman who I had to deal with didn't know what she was doing plus she was very rude. Don't use this farmacy, they seem to be very disorganized.
Horrible pharmacy, it takes forever for them to pick up the phone, in my case they didn’t have 1 of my 2 prescriptions so I had to wait for the dr to get the prescription for other option but then when I come to pick up my 2 prescriptions they only have idea of 1, even when I spoke with one person on the phone remember them that there is 2 prescriptions not only 1, it took him time to find out the prescription they always had in stock and told me that everything was set up and ok to pick it up, but as it happen I can see the... read more
