Beautiful doctors but the worst receptionist they never pick up the god damn phone.
The woman that took my blood on the 8th of August was extremely unprofessional and rude. She wanted my Medicare card which I didn’t have on me and I tried to get it on my phone but the building doesn’t have reception. I had to ask a series of questions to find out why she needed as I’ve never been asked for my Medicare card when I’ve gotten blood drawn. She finally told me if I didn’t have one or if it was expired I’d get an invoice in the mail. I do have a Medicare card and I know it’s in date. After getting my blood drawn ... read more
