Wrong pool
We are renters here for a few years. Our experience in the neighborhood has been great with new friends and family nearby. With Tammy Stern as the board president, our experience for our landlord and us has not been good. Our owners we heard were previously tricked by Tammy Stern. The association now has hideously high fees. No audits issued by the board for any of their recent spendings.
The lady running this association Tammy Stern took away the security guards that have been around at night for years and haven’t replaced them in months. It appears in my opinion that she may have a conflict of interest in selling the condos and at the same time pushing through a massive $11-12 million special assessment. It’s a beautiful community but the board of directors appear in my opinion to be a bit incompetent and intellectually challenged.
Had been wonderful for years now going to slum with new manager and crooked board. My house has structural damage and a leaking roof after a 23k new roof assessment.
Security is not that great, many rentals, even Air B&Bs are being run out of units.Maintenance workers and cleaning staff hide. Picture of pool on this site is not a pool on property.
