Unprofessional employees with no concern for residents or residents vehicles. Whole crew at the Woodlands is a constant problem
At approximately 7:40, a mower operator continued driving through a pedestrian area without slowing as children were present. A gas leaf blower operator continued blowing dust toward approaching pedestrians and did not pause until people were very close. Several park users expressed concern about safety and professionalism. Poorly trained and arrogant!
After 12 years in the industry in several climates, I have to say our weekly service is top tier. The crew leader Alejandro ensures to check in upon arrival and asks if there has been any issues over the past week or if any improvements are needed. He goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with the services we receive. Diana makes site visits, clearly communicates through projects and has a vast knowledge of the climate and what tress/shrubs/flowers will be most successful for your site.
