Secluded and quiet.
Clean, quiet, and lovely neighborhood.
Very nasty unkept property, some neighbors are rude including Randall D Rierson, who has been racist to my guests and friends.
The HOA Fee is supposed to cover things like pool maintenance. The pool has been closed for 2 years with no opening in sight. On top of that, they have tried to scam us 2 years in a row by waiting til November to say they never got our HOA fee from April. They did the same exact thing last year and they are doing it this year. Keep your bank statements handy because they WILL try to lie to and scam you. Do not move here.
Use of off road equipment recommended because of lack of driveway maintenance. Quiet, and affordable.
