Can't help but congratulate the team. From the reception to technician, they all gave great service. Gabbi was extremely helpful, cheerfully even in the toughest times. Shaun, the tech left me with no doubt about the problem. He explained the situation very clearly. Sadly, because of time restrictions and availability of parts I had to move on. However job well done team.

Arrived on what appeared to be a hectic Friday morning for the Complimentary 3000K service on our Ranger, yet was still greeted with a smile and professional approach from Gabi who promptly entered all of our relevant details, completed the checking list and then sent the car in for prompt servicing. Many thanks also to Sheree who was able to fit us in with such short notice and for the 'door to door' drop off and return. Ford/Isuzu owners in and around Emerald are in great hands with the staff and mechanics from this place.... read more
