awesome gym, with lots room and weights. even great Halloween decorations!
Visiting my in-laws and couldn't believe how awesome the EFC in Cottage Grove is. Probably the biggest gym I've ever been to and I've been to a lot around the world. There are two huge weight rooms, massive, a crossfit room, a studio for classes, and lots of cardio equipment. I saw they have classes. There is a heavy bag. Day pass is $10 very reasonable relative to international pricing.
Great gym and atmosphere! We signed up about 2 months ago and love it here!
