Had tooth extracted today, I’m always anxious and nervous when going to the dentist but it was quick and painless. Can’t be more happy
Poor experience! This practice need to seriously lift its game up. I had 1 dentist do a poor job on some fillings and didn’t communicate with me he was about to quit, so when the fillings broke he could not assist me in that emergency. 6 months later I just got out of a 15 min apt to get a scale and clean, the new dentist I saw was very rough and it was an incredibly uncomfortable experience. Made an appointment to get my top wisdom tooth removed, went in and the lady had a quick look then told me to get an xray first. Did that and it was sent back to them but they never rang me back to come in and get the tooth removed. I rang them asking if they received the xray and the receptionist said yes they had and would get someone to call me back. Guess what?....it never happened....so I got a copy of the Xray myself, booked another dentist in Berwick who promptly removed the tooth and now I'm also getting some cosmeti... read more
