Fantastic! The staff at the Sequim location are so friendly and efficient. Heidi is fantastic and very personable, as are the other front office staff. Dr. Huynh is excellent. He did a great exam and then explained my new prescription answering all my questions. They saw me the day after I stopped by for an appointment, amazing! I couldn't be happier.
Had my exam here, no complaints. Today, my wife went in to get contacts. She has a current prescription, and told them as much on the phone when setting up appointment for fitting. Instead, they do a whole eye exam and charge accordingly. When I went back to ask what happened, the lady at the desk said the "typically" like to do new exams when the customer is new, but that the prescription may have been fine would have depended on the date.
