Only redeeming feature is proximity to Coles. Room is very dirty - bathroom floor covered in black hair, out of date half bottle of milk left in fridge, floors dirty, no mattress or pillow protectors used, a dustpan brush has been provided instead of a toilet brush (wtf?), no blanket on beds and I’m not game to touch the ones in cupboard. Strongly encourage you to exhaust all other options than here first.
*Room number 5* This is the only time I will say this... I'm so glad my husband farted in the room because it got rid of some of the horrible stink left in the room. Horrible 2 nights sleep, not sure if it was the lack of clean blankets or I was worried I was going to catch some kind of STI with all the DNA left in the room. Rubbish left under the bed from previous occupants. Dust on fan, mould in bathroom, pubic hair from what looks like king Kong in the bathroom near toilet and in shower. I have stayed here numerous times over the years, great location, really comfortable clean rooms that have all the facilities you can need. Will be staying here again.
Very lovely n relaxing venue too stay .
Executive apartments at Emerald, is a wonderful place to stay. It is clean and tidy, with a great view overlooking the Emerald golf course. We spent two weeks there, and found Rose the manager, extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay a great time.
