*Room number 5* This is the only time I will say this... I'm so glad my husband farted in the room because it got rid of some of the horrible stink left in the room. Horrible 2 nights sleep, not sure if it was the lack of clean blankets or I was worried I was going to catch some kind of STI with all the DNA left in the room. Rubbish left under the bed from previous occupants. Dust on fan, mould in bathroom, pubic hair from what looks like king Kong in the bathroom near toilet and in shower. I have stayed here numerous times over the years, great location, really comfortable clean rooms that have all the facilities you can need. Will be staying here again.

Executive apartments at Emerald, is a wonderful place to stay. It is clean and tidy, with a great view overlooking the Emerald golf course. We spent two weeks there, and found Rose the manager, extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay a great time.
Booked 1st April to arrive 14th July and informed by the property on 8th July that "the owner needs to take that apartment back and they cannot accomodate us". Asked the reason why, given no explanation at all. Absolutely horrific and the worst service I've ever encountered. Driving 1500kms from Sydney for a major event in Emerald and given less than a week's notice with no solution offered other than more expensive accom options in town which I can clearly find myself. Won't ever be staying here and will be telling everyone... read more
