Oh my goodness! My bodywork session is the single best thing I have ever done for myself! The time and care he took to figure out what was going on with me, was amazing. He stopped during every stretch to make sure it was a comfortable amount of pressure or pull. Bodywork is not something I was familiar with, and I am so glad I tried it. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The decor and the aroma were so nice to the senses .Then I met with Van Glover and he was so professional and kind. He has 12 years of experience and was able to loosen up every knot that had taken up residence in my limbs, back and neck . I can now move my neck without it popping , and my back isn't aching. 90 mins of pure relaxion!!!
