For me, Emerald Downs is the cream of the crop when it comes to DABCO properties. First off, it's smack dab on Stadium Way, making it a breeze to get to WSU with all the buses passing through. Plus, you've got Rosauers grocery store and loads of restaurants within walking distance. Nice people, very nice apartments with lots of space and storage.l Really close to bus stop groceries,,Weed shop and Starbucks .

Nice property with a well maintained apartment. Utilities such as water, trash, and Internet are included with rent. Affordable rent and a scenic property.

I have lived here for nearly two years at this point, and I absolutely LOVE IT. They are pet friendly which is a huge plus and they are very understanding of certain circumstances and are always willing to help. Another really cool thing about DABCO's Emerald Downs is that when something in your house gets broken, the maintenance team is there within a day or two and sometimes within the hour. My boyfriend has been living here since 2018 and has also never had problems.
