I really enjoy living here! Small, but reasonably priced for the area, great location, and the staff are easy to work with.
The office staff members at Emerald Downs are always friendly, accommodating, and incredibly helpful! They go above and beyond to assist residents (such as myself) and make the community feel welcoming. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness!
The place is good, pleasant, and safe. But the apartments are old and poorly maintained. The administration is terrible, inefficient, and dishonest. They charge undue fees and insist they are right. They are not trustworthy. I do not recommend it!”
