I lived here for a year, nothing but nice housing
For me, Emerald Downs is the cream of the crop when it comes to DABCO properties. First off, it's smack dab on Stadium Way, making it a breeze to get to WSU with all the buses passing through. Plus, you've got Rosauers grocery store and loads of restaurants within walking distance. Their units are very well maintained and flooded with natural light, which is a big deal for me when I'm choosing a place to live.
