Well kept apartments close to shopping and WSU
Apartments are not cleaned properly when moving in (horrible dirty floors, stains in the bathroom and the nasty kind, windows smudged), unhelpful management with dismissive staff, shabby apartments with no renovations, cost too much for what they’re worth, loud neighbors, thin walls/floors can feel the vibrations of footsteps from downstairs/upstairs neighbors. TLDR; Trash, sewer, and water advertised as included in rent. It's not. Emerald Downs/DABCO makes it really appealing and easy to move in, just to be ignored, disrespected, and scammed. A few months ago, when I applied on the website for my apartment, it was listed with utilities like internet, water, sewer, and trash being covered by them. This is the main reason I chose to rent this apartment over any others, because it specifically fit in my budget with these amenities included. Nothing good to say about this property or apartments. Signed lease with utilities such as garbage, sewer, and water covered but with no notice they started charging $90 for these services.
