Nice property with a well maintained apartment. Utilities such as water, trash, and Internet are included with rent. Affordable rent and a scenic property. EDIT - Water utilities are no longer included with rent. The units become extremely hot in the summer as they have no AC
The apartment complex is well maintained. Maintenance responds fairly quickly for work orders, and the staff in the office are always helpful with questions. Rent is a little bit pricy but its a college town so that's to be expected. The laundry rooms are always clean, the washers a bit small but they do the job. Lots of greenery around the complex during the warmer months, making it a nice place to walk around/enjoy the patio. I really enjoy living here! Small, but reasonably priced for the area, great location, and the staff are easy to work with.
The office staff members at Emerald Downs are always friendly, accommodating, and incredibly helpful! They go above and beyond to assist residents (such as myself) and make the community feel welcoming. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness!
