Very unfortunate experience with this company. Our office reached out via phone and spoke to Lucas Vo regarding an Elos implant scan body that was lost in the shipping process to our office. Lucas did not offer any help regarding the situation and even denied being affiliated with the company, Elos. Therefore, our office was forced to seek alternative resources to resolve the situation.
