Relocated and needed to find a new dentist. I had a great experience at Emerald Dental. I got there 15 minutes early to fill out required paperwork which did take some time. I appreciate that the front desk staff explains what you are signing before handing you the paperwork so you are aware. I was called back within 20 minutes to be seen which is expected since there are others who have appointments scheduled as well. The staff were kind, welcoming and very easy to talk to. I've come to revise my original 1-star post from 9 months ago: I was finally able to go in with my mother for a follow up and it was understandably confrontational at the start but after clear communication we reached mutual understanding. Tracy runs the office and is clearly committed to her clients and staff. She takes everyone's feelings to heart. Office staff are really courteous and friendly. The office is nice and clean. Doctor Mateen is a very professional and experienced dentist and offers great service.
Found McCall Dental (same owner). Seemed like a great office.... but no. Ridiculous high pressure from one employee but no concern at all from the owner/boss.
