New patient appointment. Following, we requested a copy of the x-rays for a second opinion in that the scope of work Emerald Dental recommended was extensive. The work just seemed highly unusual in that our son had been to the dentist just a year earlier and receives annual checkups/exams. I am someone that has very bad anxiety around dental care, coming from a poor rural family I am dealing with the affects of that as an adult. Having been encouraged to visit Emerald Dental after spending hundreds of hours researching dentists in our area, I've had a series of visits ranging from general cleanings, cavity removal and treatment, and today a tooth extraction and bone graft at Emerald Dental. They start by giving you a full work up on your teeth. Then they advise you on the best course of action. They explained everything really well. The cavities I got filled were taken care of well. I was checked in on and had great communication the entire time.
