Barely 3 stars. Why? Good dentists, professional and competent care. However, they need to improve callbacks when scheduling. The office was supposed to call me with an open appointment time for cleaning, but I'm still waiting 2 months later. I called the office and left a message 3 days ago, but still no callback. The same thing happened last year for a previous cleaning appointment, and this one was supposed to be the makeup for it.
We love Emerald Dental! They are kind, caring, thorough, and provide great advice and options for anything you may need. They are incredibly transparent with treatment plan costs and the time it will take. Best dentist I’ve ever had!
Always a warm and pleasant feeling upon walking in the door. The staff has been great to interact with on every visit, so nice and so thorough!
