The staff at Emerald Crest are phenomenal. The RN Lindsay is attentive, quick to respond, and is very efficient regarding the care and needs of my mother. I bring up something that I would like added to the careplan and it's done faster than I can blink. She is amazing to work with. Aster is the sweetest, compassionate LPN. Just like Lindsay, she is efficient, caring and makes sure all of my mom's needs are met. Shante and Mabinty make sure my mom smells great and they always make her look beautiful.
